• Manage, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians and support staff.

• Handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and coordinate with suppliers for spa essentials.
• Develop and implement promotions, packages, and special events to attract new clients.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the spa industry.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the beauty or spa industry.
• Strong knowledge of nail and spa treatments, trends, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
