Food Service Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for 2 positions of Food Service Supervisor for our restaurant, located at 3790 Canada Wy #108, Burnaby, BC V5G 1G4, Canada.

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English language
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Secondary (high) school certificate

Work conditions and physical capabilities:   Fast-paced environment

Permanent employment: Full time 32.00 to 40.00 hours / week
