Food service supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for 1 position of Food Service Supervisor for full time employment (at least 30 hours per week) . We operate in Kitsilano 2579 West Broadway, Vancouver, Convention Centre, #36-1055 Canada Place and False Creek, 601 Stamps Landing.

Employment will be mostly in Kitsilano.

Job duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules

Requirements:

• Knowledge of english language
• Secondary(high) school graduation certificate
• at least 1 year of related work experience
