Job Details:
We are looking for a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner to provide patient-centered care using acupuncture, herbal medicine, and holistic health practices. The role involves diagnosing health issues, creating personalized treatment plans, and promoting overall well-being through TCM principles. In addition, you will educate patients on lifestyle and dietary changes to enhance their health. Strong communication and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
Responsibilities:
Treating patients by administering, in chemical or herbal form, a small dosage of a remedy made from natural substances or by suggesting lifestyle changes
Advising patients on the use of herbs for the treatment of conditions
Providing other alternative forms of health care to patients
Treating patients by the insertion of acupuncture needles or through stimulation techniques
Requirements:
Registration by appropriate provincial and territorial authority for acupuncturists.
College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
