Job duties are:

• Conducted quality audits and established quality management and assurance standards. 
• Guide regulatory policies, ensuring businesses comply with legal and industry standards.
• Oversee internal compliance processes and prepare required submissions for regulatory bodies.
• Plan and implement operational reorganizations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance business operations.
• Advise on best practices for internal and external communication strategies.
• Assist organizations in adopting new processes, policies, and operational improvements.
• Provide expert recommendations on best practices for quality control, risk management, and operational excellence.
