Location- Brampton, ON L6T 3R5

Salary- 36.50 hourly

Hours per week- 30 to 35 hours

Terms of employment- Permanent employment & Full time

Employment conditions

·         Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available

·         Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Start Date- As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages- English

Education- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

·         Study market reports, trade periodicals and sales promotion materials

·         Arrange product according to planogram

·         Establish and maintain contact with suppliers

·         Maintain adequate stock levels

·         Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers

·         Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets

·         Provide customer service

·         Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase

·         Select and purchase merchandise for resale

·         Supervise work of other buyers
