Experience:
· At least 3-5 years working as a business system specialist or related field.
Duties:
· Study and document how packaging operations run such as inventory, supply chain and production lines.
· Identifies inefficiencies. Bottleneck or areas of automation.
· Act as a bridge between IT, operations, logistics and management.
· Ensure systems are integrated with production machinery or tracking software.
· Generate reports on productivity, packaging output, defects, supply levels.
· Recommend improvements in workflow.
· Prepare user manuals and process flowcharts.
