Job SummaryThe Building Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and daily operations of a residential or commercial property. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, performing minor repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the building remains in excellent condition for occupants.
