The purpose of this ad is to cover an open position.

Overview of the Position

In order to prepare conceptual designs and develop and implement final designs with security line work, illustrations, and digital files for the production of a variety of security documents (such as banknotes, passports, driver license and identification (DL/ID) cards, etc.), you will use your artistic and creative skills as a Secure Document Designer in our Design Department. We are seeking a creative individual with outstanding design, composition, and illustration abilities.

Obligations

Innovation & Conceptual Design:

Development of conceptual models for security items, such as banknotes, identity documents, certificates, cards, and secure travel documents (passports)
Use innovative design applications to support the continuous development of new security feature integration.
Perform research, compile final artwork files for production, and provide pictures and artwork for finished concept designs.

Make drawings and illustrations for idea designs.
Create and provide design proofs or models for a client presentation.
Integration of Production and Compliance:

Discuss conceptual concepts with the production team and put the suggestions into practice to ensure production conformity.
Establish and establish safe manufacturing linework
In order to get client approval, take part in the approval process as needed during press proof trials and first production runs.
File and System Management:

Establish thorough and functional file management for each project that has been allocated.
Collaboration between clients and stakeholders:

Interact with clients and corporate sales management personnel as needed to comprehend design specifications and provide design justification for all tasks.
Create thorough design presentations to assist with marketing and design goals.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Education

A bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, etc., or a comparable mix of coursework and extra related job experience
Understanding of the following
Principles of graphic design
Designing documents with security elements, security line work, etc.
Combining design components with all relevant aspects
Safety Procedures and specifications for print production
familiarity with security features, printing, line work, and related procedures;
competence in the following areas:
specialized software for security design (Giori "One" or JURA JSP)
Products in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Microsoft 365, which includes Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and more
It is necessary to have above-average design, composition, illustration, and drawing abilities in order to represent portraits and other subject matter with remarkable precision and detail;
Experience
