On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Determine layout and installation procedures Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment Supervise other workers Utilize hand and power tools Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Experience and specialization Area of specialization Siding

Responsibilities Tasks Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered Prepare flooring plans and scheduling Prepare tenders and quotations Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings Prepare and install hardwood floors Conduct moisture, ph, temperature and other tests prior to flooring installations Estimate costs and materials Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces Install resilient stair components (special effects for the visually impaired) Install materials on counter tops and raised platforms
